Refund Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

We want you to be happy with Inkly. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and the buyer terms presented at checkout by our payment provider.

1. Overview

Inkly is sold as a subscription. When you subscribe to a paid plan, the terms below govern refunds and cancellations. Payments and refunds are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the term you choose (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically until you cancel. The price, features, and billing interval of each plan are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

3. Refund eligibility

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 daysof your initial purchase or a renewal charge and we’ll review your request for a refund of that charge. We generally grant refunds when:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice;
  • The service was unavailable or materially not as described; or
  • You bought a plan recently and have not made substantial use of paid features.

Refunds requested after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and as required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@inklyai.dev from the address on your account, and include the email used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle; depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period, which is handled under the eligibility rules above.

6. Non-refundable charges

Except where required by law, the following are generally non-refundable: partially used subscription periods after the 14-day window, and charges on accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
